He doesn’t understand it because as a Royal, he was above the law.
Now, he is surrounded by people who only tell him what he wants to hear.
This whole liberty and freedom thing for every person must be staggering to him.
And someone should point out that his ability to say ridiculous things in public is brought to him by the First Amendment.
The first amendment even allows for a member of the Royal Family to dress up like a Nazi....like its amusing.
