My wife and I are at the Aria right now. As of 12.00PM PDT, no mask or proof off Vax required.

Take your passport/proof of vaccination. How about they prove you’re not.
Back in the day, businesses “reserved the right to refuse service to anyone.” That would include the un-vaxxed who can’t prove it. The burden of proof is on the customer, not the business owner.

Businesses cannot refuse service to “anyone”. A restaurant can’t refuse service to someone base on race, gender etc.
That’s federal law.
