Nonsense. Please cite source for your claim that “thousands of service men and women” have observed these. We have seen a handful of poor quality FLIR videos released by the Navy, and a few claims, without supporting logs, that odd things appeared on radar.
This is a psyops campaign. Don’t forget that the U.S. Government did the same exact thing in the 1970s WRT the Stealth program...
As I said, these incidents have been ongoing for almost two-decades (at least). In the last 15-years, there have been weeks-long naval exercises off both of our seaboards where these objects were observed every single day and over the course of several years.

It's not just one or two pilots telling these stories. Congress has interviewed DOZENS of them, under oath. In addition to the flight crews, who do you think is operating the radar systems on these ships? Do you think it's only one person working the radar in the CIC? Of course not. Each navy ship can have a dozen or more radar operators in the CIC alone. On a carrier, you have flight ops and CIC radar operators. Over the period of time in question, the number of people present during these exercises would EASILY number into the thousands.
