First, a 'radar artifact' is not what you apparently think it is. Also, neither NVGs nor FLIR work on radar.

These objects are physical. We know they're physical and not electronic apparitions because while they're being visually observed, we have multiple sensor returns that confirm what is being visually observed. Several of these sensors are dependent on physical mass of the object that is being tracked. Last month, the former DNI during the Trump administration admitted (for the first time), that not only do we we have tracking data from ground and air assets, but we also have data obtained from satellite imagery.

You are absolutely wrong--I am an engineer. Regardless of what you would like to believe about these sightings, Occam's Razor still applies. They are observed in our MOAs and are publicized by our government--therefore, the simplest explanation is that they must be from our government.
