The general conservative response to “I don’t like this requirement at my job” is “find a new job” not “sue them and force them to bend to your will.”

So yeah, still pretty simple. If your employer wants to require you to get vaccinated and you don’t want to get vaccinated, quit. Find a new employer. Sounds like you and the boss aren’t on the same page anyway.

Kneel in the presence of overreach and employer preferences? I don’t think we should have to comply with unfair employment practices. Quitting and going somewhere else perpetually as the government incentivizes unfair practices is going to look bad on a resume.

The people engaging in illegal behavior should be the ones to change - not those victimized by such practices.

It’s not illegal behavior. Here’s the legislative situation state-by-state:

The short answer is: unless you’re a healthcare worker in Oregon, good luck. They can mandate it. Further, the state can also do so. There’s Supreme Court precedent for that. It’s over 100 years old and it’s never been challenged.
