You don’t. But it also means some slight technical knowledge beyond clicking on a icon in the Google Play Store.
Apple is definitely out. Unless you get a dev account and compile the app yourself and install it through Xcode. Or jailbreak your phone.
Trump knows timing of what and when to say something remember when he said I don’t tell my enemies what I’m going to do.
Unlike a hack he knows what needs to be done and how to do it he’s proved it many times.

I would absolutely love to spend time developing an app with a team for Donald Trump and the MAGA party.

If the presentation is strong enough I bet Pres Trump would go for it.
You know, he is willing to listen to people not like those other guys who are in politics for prestige, power & money.
He’ s always on the lookout for talent, too.
