It’s because he’s an honest, genuine person. He enjoys being an employer. When you treat people well, they will reciprocate.

It’s really quite simple....

I remember a video pre-2016 of him going under cover at Trump tower doing room service, etc.

Everyone was happy to see him and he was a genuinely nice caring person.

hile he was running for President, the New York Times sent out 20 people to dig up any and all negative info they could find to try and discredit Donald Trump and possibly kill his efforts to run for President.

I noticed two things they did not find.

Not one shady business deal...I expected at least one to turn up they could maybe call shady...and

Not one disgruntled current or former employee with a horror story about what an abusive bastard Trump was to work for. Not one. How many employers can say that?

Don’t ask his roundskeepoers, he has a long time habit of walking around and l;ooking the place over, if he likes what he sees, he’ll go around and hand each groundskeeper a hundred dollar bill and say thanks.

For many years he’s been known as a blue collar millionaire because he has always gone to his jobsites and walked around and talked to the average guy who is doing the work, rather than just the supervisor who runs things.

Nobody knew when he would turn up, and that’s how he would find out about new tools and techniques that worked, and bad supervisors nobody liked.
