They’d have to give me a hell of a lot more than free food in order for me to get the vaccine. In fact, no amount of money or gifts would make me do it. I completed a survey online the other night that asked me what it would take to get me to take the vaccine. It gave a list of incentives, and I had to pick from them. At least they provided me with the option of “no amount of incentives would get me to take the vaccine.” I only read the first incentive and it was a $500 gift card. I laughed, and thought, so who gets to spend that gift card if I die after taking the vaccine?
Shake Shack burgers are burgers I would never get for any reason whatsoever (had them once because some out of town tourist friends insisted). They had really great public relations, locations in Manhattan that tourists went to, got very well sold in out of New York venues as a place to visit, and always had more tourists than native New York customers, just to have “the Shake Shack experience”. Garbage.
Buy a meal but get the $1 fries for free. That’s hardly even a deal for it being Thursday or happy hours.
Wait, what! Just checked and their fries are a whopping $3. Guess that shows how long it’s been since I’ve gone through a drive thru.
