Ping for your list. Not looking to be a pleasant experience.
What about the toxic food ?
Who wants to pay their hard earned money for this? People take cruises to get away from it all.
Simulated voyage? Why don’t I just stay home and watch a travelog? Then I can sleep comfortably in my own bed.
The naïve cruise lines seem to think those pitches thrown from the CDC that are deliberately aimed at the Cruise Lines head just slipped out of the hand of the CDC.
Even though it happens month after month and year after year.-Tom
Thank you Gov DeSantis for pressing the issue with the corrupt CDC.
Florida's ports are going to be hella busy very soon and there's going to be a lot of cruise industry related workers in state going back to work. That's great news for them!
What is a “simulated voyage”? If it’s what it sounds like, that’s really retarded.

CDC: Fully vaccinated Americans can resume life without masks
Well, at least the CDC didn’t mandate that you would need to separate the vaccinated from non-vaccs by lifeboat if an emergency at sea were to require drastic survival measures.. talk about ‘crowded’ settings.
I guess the CDC doesn’t allow their crowd of employees to cruise, they might get sick, maybe they should stuff a couple masks up their collective noses and suck down a few rum&cokes.
13 months to another North to Alaska cruise and counting.. Booked a balcony as usual back on the Ruby.
Bottoms Up!!
The latest direction from the CDC is that fully vaccinated people can resume normal activities indoors and out. Period.

So with this new CDC statement, shouldn’t the ships start sailing immediately sans masks or at least within the next month?
but this policy discriminates against those Americans who are not vaccinated...
Wheres the ACLU on this violation of civil rights ???
Unequal treatment ???
Different water fountains etc ....
Separate but supposedly equal...
Eh ???
The test cruises...no real passengers aboard ...
Ya’d thunk so right ???
NOOOO its just another ploy...carrot ...stick...
rum&coke would be too normal too American for this lot of WokeFolk...
whatsa an acceptable woke drink that saves the planet ...
Something green...
Dandelion Tea ???
Whoops tea...too White...
The lion is OK though...
African culture and all that ...
OK, thanks. I was wondering if it was something like having a bunch of people aboard, but the ship remaining moored, which seemed extremely silly.
The CDC policy does. As to the cruise lines, private business’ can make a choice. Like masks, now that they’re not needed.
Probably hadn't thought of it. If they read your post you'll need a mask to board a lifeboat, though the lines will probably provide them. If you refuse, go down with the ship.
I think you'll be OK in 13 months. We've a December itinerary I'm thinking of moving into the future. Potentially this is a problem for the lines. I've taken a number of cruises, but in many places I'm just as happy taking a land vacation, particularly places I've been or can do a driving trip. They do have competition in that sense. But that's a long term problem, and I doubt these restrictions will survive this year.
