I know some on FR may not like the man, or Dubai for that matters, but you cannot deny that Sheikh Rashid is the reason why Dubai is wealthy and successful, he was that smart.
He basically created the UAE... and dragged the pearl divers into a first world situation ... You’re right... his memory is revered.
