Kamala Harris will pick whoever the Deep State communists direct her to. The same commies who chose Biden and Harris to be the current occupants of the White House. They have a plan and it all leads to the destruction of this Republic and all future free elections. As bad as all that is, there are millions of voters who chose a brain diminished person to be the US president. They either did not care or they knew that the real leader of the country was not going to be known to the voters of either party.

Biden may or may not have any choice in the matter of when he is ‘gone’. Nature and democrats may have other plans for him. D.C. becoming a state is fraught with Constitutional problems. Creating most of the District into a state or devolving most of it back to MD runs afoul of the 23rd Amendment as well as the body of the Constitution itself. No matter what happens, I doubt if we’ll see Senators from D.C. any time soon.

Ok. Here are necessary criteria: white, male, not too old, from a state that the DEM ticket will need to carry in 2024, from a state with a current DEM governor (who will appoint a DEM to replace the guy who is nominated and confirmed VP). My bet is Sen. Bob Casey of Pennsylvania.
