My sister-in-law has a PhD in Pharmacology and works at one of the big COVID-19 vaccine developers. She is quite high-level, working at the interface between science and business — exactly where you’d expect to see the sort of corruption people are worried about. Despite all this, she got vaccinated at the earliest opportunity — absolutely no hesitation. Same with her entire family.
Is she bright enough to replace her own water heater or gas stove if they go bad?
Or does she hire conservative Morlocks?
