Almost nobody dies from Coronavirus in Uganda. It has one of the lowest Coronavirus death rates on the planet. And I would wager that death rate is much lower in the rural areas. Why am I supposed to care about when Ugandans get their vaccine? How many Americans have died because they contracted Coronavirus from a rural Ugandan?

Wouldn't it be a shame for all the newly produced unused ventilators, medical supplies, research, and vaccines ended up destroyed or deteriorating sitting around in warehouses in NJ, Haiti, or Puerto Rico that their production couldn't be justified to the public, now in debt for them, or the grey and black market economies not benefit from them?
Not to mention the laundered money returning to DC through corporate lobbyist's free speech.
