You’re lumping all cops together. For one thing, you’re lumping in Canada, which is in a fascist class by itself.
They don't, because then they would be treated very poorly, and in the case of Frank Serpico, left to die. They're basically like the mob, but with badges and legally allowed to carry firearms.
Null and void has a ping list which, as it turns out, is mostly negative when it comes to the police.
