There’s no NIH or Dr. Fauci associated with within that particular article.
Note the clever use of the word’s to connect Dr. Fauci to this.

Yes, the HCQ Virology Journal has popped up several times on this thread. Waaay back last summer even. Its from the CDC and Canada. My guess is Fauxi probably knew of HCQ effects, but the paper did not come directly from him or his underlings at the NIAID.
