The level of ballot fraud in those counties is likely minimal, but they may have unknowingly been victims of the same kind of electronic vote switching that occurred elsewhere.
That is a good idea. For example, if the same machines were used, the other counties most likely did not erase databases, etc.
Also, if hanky panky occurred, perhaps the local county DA may file charges, which will expose the state AG as being a corrupt political hack.
