This is unfortunately incorrect. Obama/Biden/Kerry are actively supporting Iran, the major troublemaker and sponsor of terror in the region. They are not leaving the region; they are shifting their allegiances in a very dangerous manner. They are Pro-China and pro-Iran. This policy makes war much more likely.
