She’s a nursing assistant who undoubtedly has some medical skills. She could be of help to the residents with advice, medication admin, or simple, first aid-like treatments, Good Samaritan laws applying. And if she’s AED trained or CPR/BLS certified, all the better for a possible emergency.
That was my thought too. Sounds like a good opportunity to become an independent contractor for local in home care health services. Looks like a win win situation if she played it right.
