Okay, maybe I’m a bit confused, but if it was really designated Senior Housing wouldn’t a prospective Renter be asked their Age on the Rental Application?

I would think so and I imagine whatever fund/grant is subsidizing the rent would also have rules that applied. This sounds like of suspect unless it’s a temporary thing because not enough people were renting the units.
