That was my thought too. Sounds like a good opportunity to become an independent contractor for local in home care health services. Looks like a win win situation if she played it right.
My wife found her on Facebook. Going to put the bug in her ear about starting an in home healthcare. This could be a win win for her. :)

I think there’s a cutout for senior-only housing, otherwise I’m not sure how those communities would exist. In any case, I was just mad at her playing her followers by claiming she had ‘no idea’. I have to assume that she knows how to use the Google search function and at least looked up the place...

There used to be, definitely. Several lawsuits changed that in many states because of discrimination.
