I’d support him if he ran as a DEMOCRAT. He seems to know the difference between right and wrong, good and evil...

As an actual Detroiter, I believe Craig is a pro 2nd amendment democrat. And a law and order realist. I rarely vote for democrats of any stripe, but James Craig is an exceptional person. One of the few. One of us.
I wouldn’t presume that he’s running as a Republican. He’s probably just running as a moderate Democrat against the far left Whitler.
Too bad he’s retiring now; Detroit needs someone strong like him. I hope his successor is as good as he’s been!

He sure did. After Floyd died while most big cities had riots he kept Detroit cool. I think he would be a great choice for governor.

Sorry for my earlier comment– – he is in fact running as a Republican.
Obviously he knows how to unite his community leaders so that Detroit
Citizens and Businesses were spared riots, burning and looting.
All law abiding citizens should be grateful to Craig.
