As in NORMAL.
And from the study of the booster
“The frequency of any Grade 3 solicited local or systemic adverse events was 15% after the third dose of mRNA-1273 and 10.5% after the third dose of mRNA-1273.351.”
I am assuming the 15% applied to local effect (maybe one part of the body) and 10% was systemic (entire body).
And they want people to get boosters every —year— ??!!??

The 15% grade 3 adverse events (local and systemic) were from the 1/2 dose of the original vax.
The 10.5% grade 3 adverse events were from the new formulation that combines the original and the South African variant.
