Problem with the exchange is high deductible. He still might have had to pay the first $5,000 of his bill even with Obamacare insurance.
I’m not taking sides here, but thought the deductible should be included in the discussion.
Ok, so he saved $3000 with a 5k deductible. He still thinks its better to screw this who by law have to care for him. You did note he has 10k in toys in his trunk?
of course it does... with DITGS runnin all over this thread like a lunatic, lets us not lose sight of the main point. no one has the right to Gouge for their services... and 8 k for 2 X-rays and some glue is bullshit! It was clearly stated above that these institutions are running wild chraging unisured the way the do, and dumb shit DITGS says NOTHING about that, just keeps on me about screwing a company who charges me 8K but will take $400 from Medicaid!!
But the deductible would only be for the negotiated rates (from the insurance company rates) not the 8k. So, could be less than the deductible max.
