Of course you dont understand what you are talking about. If he had health insurance, there is a contractual payment to the health care facility and physicians that cover the costs. That contractual payment satisfies all of the care, and the patient is only billed if he has deductible. He has no health insurance. The dive away is the attempt of the facility to get him registered with medicaid. That is called medicaid pending, and is used for the uninsured.

Do insurance comps and Medicare pay a 100% reimbursement rate in an era of lock-downs and economic uncertainties?
What does the Medicare Board predict will happen by 2026 (Probably sooner due to Covid economics) to Medicare Part A concerning DRGs? What is the projected reimbursement rate then?
How long can insurance struggle? How will they adapt to lower reimbursement rates concerning DRGs (Because of the Medicare Part A situation)? USSR here we come.
