Again... he didn't steal services. He is willing to pay for what he got. You want him to pay for services he didn't get. It is you advocating theft.
again, by his own words, he never intended to pay. he knew he was going to steal the goods and services the second he saw blood. he knew he was going to steal the good and services the second he knew he would need them. also, by his own admission, he has done this before.
in fact, I asked him if how many times he had actually paid a doctor or hospital for goods and services received. I said I was confident that the number was zero. he either could not or would not answer the question.
