well... you may have the cheap part right!! But I will beat them down on the bill as much as I can!

My original intent for the thread post was a genuine concern that they were trying to get me to sign up for medidaid to pay the highly over charged costs of the visit. but then I was educated that Medicaid would only pay like $400 bucks on that 8K bill. so it actually sounds like the girls were helping me in a way.

The one problem with Medicaid in instances of large medical bills is that they can get their hooks into your estate:
