Hey dude, I don't know you, so you might be a great guy and a genius, but it seems like only an a$$h0le would spout out something like "DOD IC" on a general political web forum without explanation for what those terms mean. I mean, I get that DOD = Department of Defense, but IC? I have a very specific training in a couple of areas myself, and I would never consider just dropping acronyms around like they're 20 dollar bills at a strip club. What gives?
