People keep inventing new nightmare scenarios. Or repeating ones they have heard.
That is not the way big pharma works. There is no reason they have to prove every ludicrous claim, that little dwarfs will crawl out of your ears or whatnot.
There is no mandating at the moment, but there may have to be at some point. Probably just the passport. If we had accomplished the eradication more quickly, that would never have been necessary.
It is only lately that supply has exceeded demand, so I am not blaming the anti-vaxxers for our having lost the race.
The truth is that we may now never get this thing under control, and under control actually means zero cases. But the constant unrolling of new nightmare scenarios to scare people into staying unvaxxed has to stop or we could end up like India when the variants start to show their ugly heads.
