They probably have a few DMZ zones setup to allow remote access they don’t want anyone to know about.
If the do have DMZ zones setup, the routers would be most likely useless, the firewall that implements the DMZ is what controls the DMZ, plus we don’t know if the dominion equipment is even in the DMZ or any server in the DMZ that does...
