So? I’m still not taking it. I doubt it’ll be constitutional then either, especially since the pandemic will be winding down soon. Plus, for every restaurant or venue or store that requires a vaccination, another will spring up that doesn’t require one.

Perhaps, but one should remember the federal government cannot mandate the vaccine in any case except in limited cases. It is something that only a state or local jurisdiction can impose.
The federal government could mandate the vaccine for those on federal property or those in federal employment. Other than that, it’s pretty much a state issue.
