It’s only constitutional if it’s an FDA approved vaccine. This is not. It’s available under the Emergency Use Authorization and for that reason nobody can be forced to take it against their will.

That is correct but multiple reports that both Pfizer and Moderna will be APPROVED by the end of the year.
