Well I took the flu shot for the first time last year and the pneumonia shot. At least I knew what they're about to make an informed decision. I determined this as there was a question early on if this was or not another flu....but a very serious one....and that breathing got hit pretty fast. Then I've boosted vitamins accordingly. For me this seemed the best way and what I could do with all considered. Especially since I was "peaceful" about those decisions. I'm not at all about taking these vaccines!
