We see what they want us to see. They have in some countries modified the testing, less of it and at lower cycles, to imply that the 'vaccines' are working because they make it look like fewer people have Covid.
However, they want lockdowns to continue and to scare people into compliance so they can flat out lie, as they are shown to be doing in Israel, or start counting vaccine deaths as Covid deaths, which I've seen some anecdotal indications they are doing.
They have to hide vaccine deaths so first they say there are some breakthrough cases but there are too many for them to hide behind that for long.
