I agree. My husband and I were just discussing that and he is going tto use that question for a Sunday school lesson. If you were a Christian in Nazi Germany and heard the train going past and heard the cries of the people on it, what would you do? Or better, what should you have done several years previous to prevent it from getting to that point?
Or… if they are rounding YOU and your family up to put on the train, what to do… or what should we be doing as Christians now to prevent from getting to that point. We need to be taking that seriously and thinking and praying about that!
I’ve been doing just that for a year now and didn’t come to my decision lightly. I’m healthy, have fun hobbies, financial comfort, a good family, and people who love me and want me around, so it isn’t an easy thing to say that I will die before I capitulate.
But, if this is really about what we believe it is - inserting a kill switch in people - then our choice is only one of timing and means of our death rather than living or dying. When they come to force me on “the train”, I hope I’ll have a LOT more information about the shots by then and be more certain of what I’m fighting for. In the meantime, we need to be talking about the ethics of what’s happening, its parallels in history and what was meant by “never again”.
Right now it looks like it was just a slogan because it’s happening again, only the camps are in the open and disguised as a medical procedure “for our own good and the good of society”.
I think it’s wonderful that you’re talking about things like that in Sunday school. I wish the parents were there so they could draw the proper parallel to today.

It must be a genetic hijinks, in the USA. It’s going to take a hell of a lot of pain and loss to dislodge Americans to ever fight to the death for anything. I’m astonished by what more is obviously going to have to befall us to drop the unserious and get serious.
Poor Trump. He must wonder if we’re even worth the fight.
