I take the usuals...Vit C, D, occuvite ( with zinc and other minerals/vits) and my tumeric....now I will add another one ....

here in the state of Washington, our wildlife group does projects...removing old fencing in elk areas, elk studies, deer studies, habitat improvement, etc....
all outdoor projects that we do with the state wildlife agency have been stopped due to covid....the projects are done ALL OUTDOORS....
