Constitutional carry needs to be hashed out between House & Senate, due to some amendments being added when in the Senate.
Once the amendments are sorted out & the bill ok’d, then it goes to the gov.

I see. Essentially if it is an AK-74 clone, it is 5.45x39. The Saiga is just it’s own thing, mostly an AK-47 based platform.
I originally asked because I wondered about 5.45x39 availability. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any.
