I dont know why you want to start an argument. ITAR was not the question I responded to. You are creating an argument that does not exist now. ITAR and who manages it is not the same as being under DoD as a department. And your statement is blatantly wrong. NASA has its own PR department. Only when it involves the disclosure of tech that could be used to an adversaries advantage does ITAR apply.
Any reason...
nonsense.

You’re...you’re not from around here, are you?

Read my post #32 again.
You do not understand.
DOD has to have real-time veto power during missions or potential national security secrets could be endangered in real time.

Good article. Your continual posting to me is still drama.
NASA has a relationship with DoD. I said that and now that’s what you are saying. You said DOD has release authority on everything NASA publishes. False, and you continue to make that inference from the article you post and the Cold War congressional text from 60 years ago.
You get an award for moving goalposts to avoid a simple admission that your original post were nonsensically over the top. And starting an argument when there wasn’t one.
Now I’m sorry, but you’ll have to pay me if you want more argument

We have nothing to argue about—I am offering you a trail of breadcrumbs through a land of classified and redacted documents.
If you choose not to follow that trail, that is your choice.

I have spent my careers as a warrior or supporting the warrior and the last 16 of those years as a defense contractor in the classified and unclassified space world. You haven’t walked me down any path I haven’t worked before.
