If I were fortunate enough to be elected Speaker of the House...one of the first things I would do is assign committee chairmen based on a representatives voting record.
The most conservative representative would get first choice on a committee chairmanship. The second most conservative would get second choice, etc. The least conservative representatives (RINOs) would be removed from all committee assignments.
