Imagine asking someone to marry you and saying, BTW, I will be spending a secluded weekend getaway with my ex-girlfriend at least once a year, do you have a problem with that ?? My wife would have walked out in 10 seconds. And I respect her for that.

My wife would have walked out in 10 seconds. And I respect her for that.My wife would have too IF I had suggested it which I wouldn't have done for two reasons. One, I have no desire for that type of relationship. Two, the mere suggestion would destroy all trust she had in me.
