A standard scientific definition that was literally changed to benefit the current situation just a few months ago, concurrent with the *rollout*.
It was/is classic memory-hole procedure.
It only works if all you are allowed to use for reference is the on-line version of a specifically woke website that uses *dictionary* in its designation.
Some of us still have official paper copies of actual English and medical dictionaries that were current as of 3 months ago.
It is standard practice to designate *obsolete* or historical terms as such. Not one paper dictionary even has a nod to “herd-immunity is that acquired by a vaccine”. Not even as colloquial.
And I am a word nerd who has been reading dictionaries for 70 years and actually anticipates new editions.
So post your preferred definition for the word "vaccine" and let's see what that actually covers.
