This all reminds me of a post I made when Nancy Pelosi got in trouble about George Floyd.
She is a member of a fragile aristocracy. This aristocracy must continually transform through an ever-changing multitude of celebrated social media posts. Their self-created, arrogant positions are stoutly rooted in impressions. When challenged they begin the search for deeper ground to erect new fortresses without acknowledging disruption of any previous positions. They are unconcerned with what emerges, because it will be placed within the boundaries of the willful exertions of a mind never redirected by the legitimate spiritual beliefs or moral philosophies that sustained our founding.

“Fragile aristocracy”. Good term.
Just talked to a school board member today (rural). A left wing person is running for one of the positions on the board with $8,500 of OUTSIDE money.
