Please, somebody tell me -

If the covid “vaccine” trigger antibodies via growing covid spike proteins on your healthy cells, then, according to this article, how is that not a bad thing also???

You immediately saw the connection. Yes, you are right.

From the article: “the spike protein alone was enough to cause disease”.

Then this from CDC: “COVID-19 mRNA vaccines give instructions for our cells to make a harmless piece of what is called the ‘spike protein.’ “

So the vaccine generates little harmful proteins that cause disease.
Any wonder why the folks are skeptical of anything the medical establishment and the politicians do?

With the vaccines you get them in lower concentrations and in limited amounts. With a viral infection, exponentially / massively more, of course.

But I would suspect that is what may be causing the blood clots. COVID19 infections are known to cause bad blood clots and what comes with them, including fatalities.

J&J and AZ vaccines use DNA to enter the nucleus of the cells which then encode the mRNA to send into the cell's cytoplasm to instruct the ribosomes to make the spike proteins. mRNA dissolves after this, but as long as the cell remains alive, the DNA in the nucleus can continue encode more and more of the mRNA. I would image that is why it is only 1 dose and the concentration and quantity of the proteins are higher since the mRNA can continually be produced while the cell remains alives, vs. Pfizer or Moderna where the mRNA, along with its instructions to make the spike protein, simply disappear without being reproduced, and if the spike proteins are the cause of the blood clots, why the instances of clots are not as common with the Pfizer / Moderna vaccines.

So that's the tradeoff - minimal, lower concentrations of the proteins with vaccines or massive concentrations of them with a full blown infection. In addition, with the vaccines, they would not be numerous, small compact crowns of them, either.
