This is not a constitutional issue. You sign your life away when you join an HOA, and part of the $30K is going to be attorney and late fees. He should have coughed up $50 a week for a gardener.

You must believe that we are still under the Constitution. That Officially ended January 20, 2021 when the Democrat Party was allowed to steal the 2020 election for Joe Biden. While the Republican Party stood by and applauded.

I think the average of that plus a small flat amount for the trouble should have been the fine.
