The way I figure it is that I can’t sue Big Pharma for side effects since they are indemnified—so the million dollar bribe is just paying me in advance for any damages...no harm, then I get a windfall, just like Big Pharma.
That is what I call an equal playing field.
Man, big Pharma can't lose! "Here, get this injection, and if anything goes bad in the coming years, tough luck for you!"
