Then for lunch it is usually canned sardines or oysters with a handful of nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews).
At that point, it almost doesn't matter what I have for dinner as I've already hit the nutritional jackpot.
Almost never been sick since eating this way.

Sometimes I do kefir (full fat plain) instead of yogurt
I take Centrum Silver, Im 72 and left leg amputee. I can feel a difference if I run out or skip for a period ofntime. 125% of vitamin D3, that I think is important. D plus calcium for bones, so many older folks shrink. Without Vitamin D and calcium, the body takes calcium from bones.
I drink a gallon of D fortified milk, but thats only 25%
