Not at the presidential level, but the AZ audit could show that McSally was cheated of her win. If that is the case, there is precedence for kicking out the candidate who cheated and swearing in the true winner. It happened in Pennsylvania in either the 80s or 90s with a Senate race. The problem being is that you have this audit claiming fraud and the state and county election officials claiming no fraud. If it goes to court, which it will if they try to overturn election results, it will make for some interesting disclosure.

This is more than the audit. The evidence will come from Internet traffic, hacking the servers and/or the person in Italy running the algorithms. The ballot counting machines were not admitted to have wireless Internet access, but I don't think it will be disputed that votes were tabulated centrally on a computer. If that central computer is proved to have been hacked, then the whole election was compromised. With the actual data being changed, the issue can be adjudicated.
