The best-case scenario is that someone is engaging in domestic surveillance. But there's a much darker scenario that could be in motion.
There are a handful of protections for the American people that the Deep State wishes didn’t exist. The Freedom of Information Act is the most famous and powerful as it has been used over the decades to uncover some of the most nefarious actions by government while acting as a deterrent to prevent them from being even more dastardly.
One of the least ballyhooed and utilized protections is the public transponder data available to track aircrafts and ships. Even the vast majority of military vehicles are subject to this type of tracking with notable exceptions under certain circumstances. It was through this tracking that Creative Destruction Media was informed by sources that a government surveillance plane has been circling the site of the Arizona ballot audits. This plane and others have been doing so from the beginning and continue to do so today.
Don’t be fooled by the stock image of the mundane-looking Pilatus PC-12/47E. This is a powerful surveillance tool often used by military and intelligence to collect unbelievable amounts of data with infrared cameras capable of seeing through obstructions and high-def cameras that can read license plates from the sky. It’s a Big Brother tool that would make Marvel’s “Hydra” proud, all wrapped up in a plane that could pass as a charter hop.
Following the loop of this particular plane reveals it originated at the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport. This almost certainly means it’s the spy plane used by the Phoenix Police Department. We have reached out to the department for confirmation and to ask about the case for this particular flight on April 30. With no major crimes reported in the area at the time, this reinforces the notion that it was coopted by government entities; the expensive flights are otherwise kept to a minimum except in extreme circumstances.

CDMedia has been informed by multiple verified sources that U.S. government intelligence surveillance aircraft have been circling over the Arizona election audit location. The PC-12 aircraft has full motion video capability and can vacuum up cell phone transmissions and follow the connection to the other end of the call to find out intelligence on the other party involved.
These aircraft were used heavily in the Middle East against terrorists. There is no information on what U.S. government agency is using the aircraft to spy on American citizens working for election integrity. One source told CDMedia it could be the FBI, the military, or U.S. intelligence agencies.
The best-case-scenario is that a government agency is keeping tabs on the auditors and, more importantly, their findings as they are presented in real-time. This could be very useful in not only keeping them ahead of developments from the audit but also tracking participants and their connections to help identify further targets for surveillance.
As bad as that sounds, it may be even worse. Conspiracy theorists have long-speculated aircrafts such as these have the capability of destroying or manipulating data on the ground through any device with an internet connection. If the Deep State was involved in stealing the 2020 election, as we have long believed to be true, then it would behoove them to throw monkey wrenches into as many aspects of this audit as possible.
It is really an advanced alien saucer with the ability to transform itself into an airplane so they can find old people to abduct. They then program the old people to vote democrat but don’t remember they did it.

This plane had to be flying fairly high to be above the restricted airspace of Sky Harbor Intl Airport. Phoenix is UTC-7 so the track is from roughly 8 am until noon. The flight track came from the direction of Phoenix Deer Valley Airport where the Phoenix PD keeps their PC-12. The Phoenix PD PC-12 has long range video capability and likely has Stingray cell intercept technology which can mimic a cell tower and make all of the cell phones connect through it (as in the Dec 6 Capitol surveillance). If they flew directly over the stadium it would be obvious what they are doing. If they flew this pattern there is plausible deniability. Not saying they are spying on the vote audit, only that it is suspicious.
I haven’t the foggiest idea what crimes are being committed by auditing an election. They tried very hard to overturn the 2016 election, so I wouldn’t put it past them to try some KGB/Stasi tactic like this.

I forgot to add that with the Stingray cell intercept technology they can see the GPS location of each phone and tell which ones are inside the stadium, record their conversations or their data and tell phone number or IP address they are connecting to.

NO - not kidding realtors contractors and architects take aerial photos of buildings all the time. There is no way to tell who it was, absent a tail number. The plane was too far away to be a spy plane - duties better relegated to U-2s or satellites anyway. If you look for conspiracies in everything without hard evidence of such, you are always going to find one.

Of course, that isn’t true in the least. There were certain freepers cheering for the police to have this technology in that original post I listed, unbelievable. Now it clearly has been expanded to include stingray tech too beyond video of movement tracking. In depth article about the tech.

The tail number was not mentioned in the story. Where did you learn it? And what does a plane owned by a bank have to do with this alleged conspiracy?

Registered to a bank and co-owned by realty companies. Did you nail it or what, lol. Your other comment about them using a u-2 or satellite instead of a plane was a tell. You honestly think operatives would register the aircraft as a SPY aircraft, lol. I always consider who is an operative here, especially in these current times of mass coincidence. The loitering flight path tells it’s own story.
Possibly because of the same reason we’ve had planes night and day and at one time had a dozen parallel chem trail with two visible airplane laying out two more in tandem. Weird times. When we talk have had phone go out and two male voices conversing.
Nothing like a company brag/accomplishment public relations article to produce the truth, lol. Maybe it was just being “borrowed” for a short time (tail number and all) by the police instead of some bank, haha. Or maybe someone else.
I know realtors use drones for bit projects. We’re now seeing drone video for individual residential listings. But they are usually aerial shots of about 15 seconds, they’re not an hour of video. I doubt this is about real estate.
Since the plane is way away from the Center and is owned by a bank, there is every possibility that the bank may be either looking to open an office there or at a client’s project.
Without any proof and lots of baseless conjecture, topped with a huge helping of wild speculation, just stop looking for a conspiracy under every rug and get a life.
