The European database of suspected drug reaction reports is EudraVigilance, which also tracks reports of injuries and deaths following the experimental COVID-19 “vaccines.”
Here is what EudraVigilance states about their database:
This website was launched by the European Medicines Agency in 2012 to provide public access to reports of suspected side effects (also known as suspected adverse drug reactions). These reports are submitted electronically to EudraVigilance by national medicines regulatory authorities and by pharmaceutical companies that hold marketing authorisations (licences) for the medicines.
EudraVigilance is a system designed for collecting reports of suspected side effects. These reports are used for evaluating the benefits and risks of medicines during their development and monitoring their safety following their authorisation in the European Economic Area (EEA). EudraVigilance has been in use since December 2001.
This website was launched to comply with the EudraVigilance Access Policy, which was developed to improve public health by supporting the monitoring of the safety of medicines and to increase transparency for stakeholders, including the general public.
The Management Board of the European Medicines Agency first approved the EudraVigilance Access Policy in December 2010. A revision was adopted by the Board in December 2015 based on the 2010 pharmacovigilance legislation. The policy aims to provide stakeholders such as national medicines regulatory authorities in the EEA, the European Commission, healthcare professionals, patients and consumers, as well as the pharmaceutical industry and research organisations, with access to reports on suspected side effects.
Transparency is a key guiding principle of the Agency, and is pivotal to building trust and confidence in the regulatory process. By increasing transparency, the Agency is better able to address the growing need among stakeholders, including the general public, for access to information. (Source.) Their report through April 24, 2021 lists 8,430 deaths and 354,177 injuries following injections of four experimental COVID-19 shots:

This subscriber has volunteered to do this, and it is a lot of work to tabulate each reaction with injuries and fatalities, since there is no place on the EudraVigilance system we have found that tabulates all the results.
Since we have started publishing this, others from Europe have also calculated the numbers and confirmed the totals.

Excellent point. There was an irrational almost pathological antipathy against practicing physicians and various techniques that attempted to treat this disease. Dr.Zalenlo and others in the best tradition of ethical Edisonian empiricism tried using drugs such as hydroxychloroquine and others to treat this disease. It was apparent he was having some success that was not easily understood. Some published studies suggested the treatment was effective if used very early in the clinical onset of the infection. Yet the hostility from many and especially politicians was horrid. Many governors threatened the license of physicians if they dared to treat. Many physicians treated their patients despite the threats. Clearly there was more to this reaction than met the eye. Most advances in Medicine and Surgery were made by practicing physicians learning from ethical empiricism long before there was an FDA,CDC or a Democratic Party.
The bad side effects like menstrual irregularity and heart inflammation have been mostly younger people. Clotting is rare (albeit not as rare as media claims) but also limited to women of reproductive age.
Not necessarily fatal — but unnecessary given the risk. You are 65. But Why should children get them? 🙄

Not hard at all when you consider the governors of the bluest areas deliberately ordered nursing homes to take COVID patients and murdered the people there, when there were other options available (especially in NY with Samaritan's Purse and the Hope ship Trump sent, both of which went unused while cuomo was busy killing off people's family.)
And then the Branch Covidians use those inflated numbers to try to pretend that the death rate for all age groups is higher than it really is because all those old people murders were factored in so they can push an experimental injection in lieu of allowing early intervention with prophylactics.
All that really makes you wonder what it is about these so-called vaccines that the government wants us to have them so bad that they'd lie and kill to coerce us into taking them. Or force us if they could.
If there is a dirty little secret about Covid, those comorbidities are probably it. The Medical Community as a whole seems to have chosen the easy path of declaring a pandemic and coming up with the “Miracle Vaccine” cure instead of telling their patients to get off their lazy rear-ends.
So just like VAERS this seems like a reporting system.
Just like VAERS it lacks conclusions, patient history, and outcomes.
Why? Because when a vaccine is relevant as being new, to help research, all medical facilities and personnel report patients that happen to have been vaccinated and present with medical signs/symptoms, various illness.
I recall a young woman died “after getting vaccinated” from Liver Failure.
She was all the rave with anti-vaxxers. The new poster child.
Her case was reported to VAERS as being vaccinated with hepatic failure.
Turns out, the anti-vaxxers dropped her like a hot potato because her Liver disease was a long term on going issue.
Something never mentioned in VAERS.
Your post seems to exclude number of vaccinations given, or it’s buried and I missed it but I looked twice.
I had an AMI April, 20, 2018.......I had the 2nd Pfizer injection 2 weeks ago today......if I have another Heart Attack next week, guess what?
My case will be on VAERS and never mention my history, exact medical/cardiac problem or any outcome.

With well over 100 million doses given that seems an entirely reasonable level of background mortality.
Whether or not it is 'reasonable' would require more information than was given. If we found that all of those 8k deaths were of people in the highest risk groups, it might well be within reason. If a substantial portion of those were people between 15-30, not so much, since the risk associated with the Wuhan Flu are minuscule for people within that age range.
That also doesn't take into account the much higher number of people who have been adversely affected short of death. You'd have to further break those down into levels of debilitation, and age as well. In general, I don't think the risk is acceptable for anyone under 50, absent comorbidities.

The question is: Why don’t the vaxxers approach the CDC/WHO numbers/procedures with the same level of rigor they apply to numbers posted by the anti-(”experimental”) vaxxers?
Seems an obvious answer. Can’t face the result!!
Given the stats: it’s clearly more than just white males or Republicans holding out on getting vaccinated. People can think for themselves and take their own precautions about their health. Spare me the hysterics claim.
The real hysterics on display is the religious fanaticism propagated by the media and the self-soothing, self-serving faith placed by some members of the public in these vaccines as the end all, be all, one size fits all answer to all our problems. Salvation. It’s what happens to people who have been so religion starved yet resistant their whole lives. They’ll find anything to make their God. Especially in the short term.
If you’re old, high-risk, looking to travel or be out in crowds? Great! Make you way over to the front of the line. But for everyone else, there needs to be a much longer term and big picture perspective moving forward of how to posture ourselves before this pandemic and very complicated disease. Vaccines are only one part. And for many of us, they prove as much a gamble as getting the disease itself. Especially in their current form.
Yearly boosters? You kidding me? These are much more potent than your average flu shot. Let’s hope at least some adjustments or improvements are made. With regard to dosage, timing of the administration (like not so close together?!) As they take quite the toll on some otherwise healthy bodies. We have other bodily concerns and long term health issues to keep in mind than just to sacrifice all our health on the altar of Corona.
Maybe people with liver problems shouldn’t take the vaccine then. Duh! The point is these vaccines are marketed as a safe one size fits all solution with zero concern for people’s pre-existing conditions and complications. And given the current totalitarian mode our medical system is in, there’s very little room for intelligent dialogue and research regarding how to improve the vaccines, or how to treat people that are adversely affected by them.
Or how to treat Covid period. Including vaccinated people who still end up sick!
I don’t think government had the authority to shut down the country. I think that the individual is responsible for his personal health, not the state. I don’t think the state has the authority to force me to always have validity papers on my person.
having said all that, here’s what the existence of a COVID vaccine (that I may take or leave at my choosing) is NOT; some sort of weird, sinister, clandestine tyranny that only 30 people at FR are aware of.
A customized vaccine and dose for each person based on HX and need would be great.
