The only hand signals I know of is the Bird and Black Power fist.

I bet you also know:

1) The "Peace" sign

2) The "V-for-Victory" sign

3) The "Devil's Horns" (pinkie and index finger extended, to ward off bad luck)

4) The "OK" sign

5) The "Thumbs-up" sign (and the "Thumbs-Down" sign, respectively).

See, I knew you knew more signs!
