US courts have not had jurisdiction over vaccine civil cases since 1986. Why would that suddenly change for this one vaccine?

Of course, they are not going to do that.

The last phase of the supposed trials isn’t supposed to be done until 2023, as I understand it. But with Moderna, at least, reportedly they were trying to use the excuse that it would be unethical not to offer their vaccine to their control group early—thus essentially ending that trial early and paving the way for premature full approval.

And full approval is required for the government to mandate the vaccines without too obviously violating the Nuremberg Code against forced medical experiments.

Exactly. Right now the federal government indemnifies the pharma companies from liability if their covid “vaccine” kills you or harms you.
